About these terms

This website is operated by CRU Inc. o/a CRU AIR + GAS ("we", "us"), 8-4995 Timberlea Blvd., Mississauga, ON L4W 2S2, Canada. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Replacement parts and OEM names

CRU AIR + GAS sells replacement parts and lubricants engineered to be equivalent to the original manufacturer's items they are cross-referenced against. Manufacturer names and part numbers (for example Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Sullair) appear on this site for identification and cross-reference purposes only. The products we sell are CRU products, not original manufacturer products, and no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any manufacturer named on this site is claimed or implied.

Cross-reference matches are prepared with care from supplier and industry data, and we would rather verify than assume: if you are not certain a match is right for your machine, call (905) 501-0116 before ordering and we will confirm it.

Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
• Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, in which case anything you paid for that order is refunded in full.
• Prices and availability may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless the quotation says otherwise.
• Items shown as "Available to order" are supplied to order and may take longer to ship than items shown in stock.

Shipping and delivery

We ship across Canada from Mississauga, Ontario. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report damage or shortages within 48 hours so we can put them right.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which is disclosed before purchase and forms part of these terms.

Warranty

CRU replacement parts are covered by our OEM Equivalent Warranty: if a CRU part fails to perform equivalently to the original part it replaces under normal use and correct installation, we will replace it or refund it. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, contamination, operation outside the machine manufacturer's limits, or normal wear. To make a claim, contact us with your order number at (905) 501-0116 or sales@cruairgas.com. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties and remedies you are entitled to by law.

Quebec

Our products and services are not currently offered for sale or shipment to Quebec. Orders with a Quebec shipping address cannot be accepted at this time.

Website content

We work to keep the catalogue, prices, stock indications and technical information accurate and current, but the site is provided "as is" and errors can occur. Content on this site, including text, images and the cross-reference guide, belongs to CRU or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped or republished for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CRU AIR + GAS' total liability in connection with a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and CRU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost production or lost profit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the consumer protection laws of Ontario, or liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be brought before the courts of Ontario, sitting in or nearest to Mississauga, and you and we attorn to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
