The airend is the heart of the compressor, and it should be overhauled every 32,000 to 40,000 running hours. We strip it, rebuild it and test it, on-site or in our shop, before it fails on its own schedule.

On-site overhaul
Our certified technicians overhaul oil-flooded rotary screw compressors up to 500 hp at your facility, so the machine is down for the rebuild and nothing else.

Send us the airend, or have us pull it. It is stripped, rebuilt and tested in our Mississauga shop and returned ready to run.

Removal & re-installation
Removal of the compressor airend, re-installation after the rebuild, and full testing before we hand the machine back.

Complete teardown of the airend and rebuild with all new shims, gaskets and bearings. High-quality components, every detail inspected.

De-varnishing treatment
Where oxidised oil has varnished the machine, we treat it as part of the overhaul so the rebuilt airend does not inherit the old fluid problems.

Main motor & fan motor overhaul
When inspection calls for it, the main motor and fan motor are overhauled in the same visit. One shutdown instead of two.
